“Give It a Shot” is an introduction to the basic elements of ice hockey.  It gives children ages 4-12 an opportunity to try the fun and exciting game of hockey.  Coaches teach skating and basic hockey skills in low teacher-to-student ratios.  Equipment (skates, stick, helmet and jersey) are loaned without cost, if needed.  Participants should move up to Nelson Hockey Instructional after a one month session.
